Just thought I'd write a bit about what our mornings look like...
The little boys wake up no later than 6am. Everyday.
We all come downstairs and play, make coffee, eat breakfast and hang out before Ewan goes back down for his morning nap and Joe and I take showers and get ready for the day - work, office, Messy Play, Toddlers Group, American Playdate, Coffee Morning, City Church, or walk to the diggers and Asda.
Sometimes we play cars or with the airport/airplane (thanks, Mumbles!), and sometimes we read books, but most of the time we play guitars and drums and keyboard first thing in the morning - mostly lead by Duncan.
By the way, sunrise is at 4:13am today and sunset is at 10:08pm.

Duncan likes to wear a "Haribo Helmet" as he pretends to work in his digger, but he also...

...likes wearing Haribo Helmet while playing his racket-guitar and singing into the microphone.

Just up from his nap, he plays a song on his guitar

Recently, Duncan's last plug broke - RIP Purple Plug. But, he still insist on holding it when he goes to bed. So, he likes to have in his cot: purple plug, mouse, a toy (usually a digger), his pillow, blankie, and another blanket. Good thing he has an American-sized cot to fit all this!

Ewan gets a plug for bedtime and his fuzzy blanket is already in his cot. His cot is UK-sized, so its better that he doesn't require a lot of extra stuff.

Night night, Duncan!

Night night, Ewan!

hey, Naomi has a UK-sized cot and I am sure she could fit all that stuff in, not that she has much choice at the moment!
