Happy Christmas!

Duncan and Ewan participated in their first (of many, I'm sure!) Christmas pageant at church this year. They were the cutest shepherds in town.

Here's what Christmas morning looked like. Duncan and Liz got Santa and Rudolph's snacks ready - a glass of milk, a carrot, 2 muffins and a mince pie.
Also Duncan wanted to leave out a nappy for Santa to see... (not sure what that was about, but he did ask in the morning if Santa saw his nappy).

Ready for church!

Ewan in his kilt with his new guitar. What a stud.

And here is a photo of Christmas cake on fire! (I'm sure there is a much more fancy name for it) It was cool to watch and tasty to eat. (Thanks Katie and Cam!)

Oh so wonderful to see the shepherds and toys and fun filled boys at Christmas. Raising a son handy with tools will be a huge asset to this family. We score low on those skills......
We miss the youngsters the most at this season. Sean brought us toys....lego set for adults and it has kept Dad and he happily involved. Thanks for sharing these latest insights into life in Scotland. Love you dearly.

Merry Christmas McGarry Family!! Whoa! I don't even know where to start with the cuteness factor..from the shepherd boys, to tool time Duncan, to Ewan playing his guitar with the kilt, to them all decked out for church! Love it. Especially like all the presents laid out on top of the Red Sox/Camo blanket! A cake on fire adds a great touch to a McGarry Christmas! We miss and love you!
